COVID-19 - Customer Updates
General Information
Can I place orders online?
Yes, we are currently still operational and taking online orders as usual. The high volume of orders demand is creating a delay in the courier network which could cause a delay to your order.
Are you still delivering worldwide?
Yes, the same applies to worldwide deliveries, there may be a delay, but orders will be going out.
Are delivery times affected?
We have updated the shipping options in checkout to reflect the current situation. For mainland UK shipping options are as follows:
- Standard - 2-7 Days (Monday to Friday)
- Express 2-4 Days (Monday to Friday)
For Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands, please allow additional time.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped, which in most cases this will contain a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking to update.
Are delivery times affected?
We are working around the clock to get your orders to you as soon as possible. We are currently facing unprecedented order volumes at the moment and will ensure to update you on any changes with delivery times continually.
Stock levels?
We have many items in stock, and for any that suddenly become sold out, we will display a clear re-stock date on the product page for any items that are out of stock (please bear in mind that many our products come from India as they have been placed on a 21-day lockdown and this will slow the rate of production down massively). You can still order the item, and we will ship when it comes back into stock. If a product is out of stock it is likely we will have similar one or a different size available.
Contacting us
We are dealing with a large number of enquiries. If your question remains unanswered, please email us. There will be times were need to wait for carriers to respond to our queries – in these situations we will update you as soon as we have information.
