Orders have different shipping times depending on the service chosen.


COURIER: This will be dispatched the same day if ordered before 13:00. This will then be delivered the next day via our courier, DPD.


STANDARD: This will be dispatched within 2 days. This will then be delivered in 2/3 days via our courier DPD/Royal Mail.


COLLECTION: An email will be sent once the goods are packed and ready for collection.

In the unfortunate situation that a return is necessary, we aim to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. The information in this section is designed to clearly explain our general returns procedure and policy to provide the quickest route to resolution for you.

We customise all items in house and all orders are hand made with the personalisation you require.


As a result, all team wear orders are normally shipped within 14-21 working days. If you are desperate for your kit, upgrade to our industry-leading fast track service. Please note: throughout our peak periods due to high levels of orders it may take slightly longer to dispatch your order particularly if we are hand making it!


Equipment and clothing items that are not personalised have a slightly quicker turnaround of 2-3 working days.

MSG gives you FREE shipping on every UK Mainland order. It doesn't matter how small or large your order is - you won't pay a penny for shipping. 


The countdown on the product pages tells you when the next dispatch day will be. The cut-off for same working day despatch is 11 am.


If you request any customisation your order will take longer to prepare. Despatch details for customisation will be shown on the product page.


We usually dispatch via tracked UPS or DPD and typically your order will be delivered 2 working days after the dispatch day. Please note that deliveries to the Islands and Highlands will take a little longer.

We regret we are unable to ship to some countries.

We use either DPD or Royal Mail for UK orders.


DHL or Royal Mail for international orders.

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order is dispatched, you can track your order by clicking on "track your order now".


Some of the tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to be activated.


Depending on the courier you may be able to change delivery options if required.

Refunds are made to the original payment method you used for your order


If you paid using a credit or debit card, the original card will be refunded


Our refunds are processed through our payment gateway, Stripe. Below is a breakdown on refund processing time:

If you paid using PayPal, we will refund your PayPal account

If you paid for your order with a gift card then we will refund the same gift card

If you did part payment with a gift card and the rest via PayPal/Visa/Mastercard - your refund will be split across the payment methods in the same split that was used for your original order

Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 days of being received at our warehouse.


Depending on the method of payment, refunds can take 7-10 working days to reach you, but usually, it's much quicker than this. 

All UK customers get free returns via our set courier.


Mansfield Sports Group - Return Centre


Unfortunately if you choose to return your package via a different courier we will not be able to refund return postage.

If you return any item for refund you will lose the points originally earned on that item.

Gift cards are delivered by email to the purchaser and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout as well as a printable gift card.


Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

There is a few things you will need to do.


  • Check the discount has not expired
  • Check the code has been entered correctly and matches (They are case sensitive), you could copy and paste the code
  • Do not use a discount code on sale or promotional items (codes are only valid on full-priced items)

If it is single use, it may be that the code has already been used on a previous order.

If you have checked all of the above, but your discount still doesn't apply, please contact our helpful Customer service team on the contact us link below;

This can be done by logging into your account and then changing any of your personal details including address, email and any email subscription/newsletters you are currently receiving.

It is very safe. When you have placed an order with us using your Credit or Debit card, your details are very securely exchanged with our payment processor SagePay who provide a “Unique Token” which very cleverly allows you to utilise the very same card details as and when you return to place another order with us. Only the last 4 digits of the 16 digit card number are stored and we never store your (CVV2).


 Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code systems are utilised for that extra layer of protection.


Do not worry! When you click sign in you will see a forgotten password area where you will be able to type in your email address and then you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how you can reset your password. If you have any problems don’t forget you can always call our fabulous customer service team who will be able to assist you.

Please refer to our size guide on each item before adding it to the basket. We hold blanks of most teamwear garments in our store in Chessington should you wish to try them on before ordering, especially if items are being personalised as they cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

We can exchange any item as long as there is no extra personalisation such as names, numbers or initials. We cannot exchange any sublimated items. Please return your item to: Mansfield Sports Group, Returns,  Asset House, 1 Davis Road, Chessington, Surrey, KT9 1TT with your completed returns form found on the reverse of your order details enclosed in your original package. Returns can only be accepted within 14 days of receipt.
