Based in London, MSG became the official equipment supplier to Yorkshire at the start of the 2020 season having agreed a long-term deal.

The partnership sees MSG provide coaching aides such as Roboarms and bowling machines, whilst also providing balls for practice. Something that has been extended throughout Yorkshire Cricket with MSG providing cricket balls to the county and district age-groups. Going forward, there are plans for MSG to sponsor six players from the junior age-groups with free equipment, as they hope to assist in the development of more players through the Yorkshire Pathways.
Jim Love, the Yorkshire County Age Group Performance Manager, said: “We’ve used their balls this year for our age-group sides and have been delighted with the quality and performance of them. With a shared goal of developing talented young players to achieve their potential, I’m looking forward to continuing this partnership over the coming years.”
Having the opportunity to partner with Yorkshire is fantastic. Yorkshire are the most successful team in English cricketing history with 33 County Championship titles. The club have so much tradition and history with the pedigree of cricket’s greats like Trueman, Hutton¸ Boycott, Vaughan, Root and many more that have represented the club.
The facilities are world class and we have really enjoyed working alongside the various departments from Pro club players and coaches, county age groups, cricket board and the commercial team. The partnership with Yorkshire demonstrates the progression of MSG in the cricket industry.
We take enormous pride that our products are being used by majority of international teams, franchise cricket and the best coaches and players around the world.
The partnership will allow the Pro club and county age group players and coaches access to our entire portfolio of elite coaching equipment, match and training balls, bowling machines and equipment.
Both parties are passionate about supporting and engaging the cricket community in Yorkshire. We have agreed to making our range of products available to all the clubs and schools in Yorkshire, and we have some exciting developments in the pipeline, so watch this space.
